Enjoy the program well as there is many different types of work I can do however the start of the apprenticeship is slow due to the lake of training
At the start of the training program it was well organised however due the lack of trainers for my job the training has become more hard to keep structured
I am give all correct and good PPE before starting on site work and have the ability to get mental help and support from other place of the company and outside help
All trainers at the NGED training centre that are available are help and all willing to help but the lack of trainers is an issue for course
I am give time to complete my City & Guilds training over the year and have the tools to do it at the office or home or in the college for one module
I believe there are some however non have become available to me as of yet

Good training and benefits to the job
