I am given engineering placements throughout the business, completed various engineering task such as design, planning, testing, installation and project engineering.
I have learnt a vast number of new technical skills whilst also developing a number of softer existing skills.
Very much
The training provider can be quite unorganised and during some of my placements the teams have been unprepared to give me enough work.
Great support from my line manager but support from ELT team especially at the start of my program was lacking.
Support various in quality depending on the lecturer and I think there could be more support in preparing for the EPA.
It is very relevant but I wish the course was more technical and scientific with more practical and written exams rather than coursework.
Yes there are plenty of opportunities for this within Siemens.
