I think the programme is organised very well. I have good communication cadence with my university manager and also very frequent conversations with my line managers. The apprentice team and similar networks also host lots of events and provide opportunities.
I receive high levels of support from my manager and collegues to progress my development.
I receive lots of support, there are review with my university manager and line manager to ensure everything is on track, adn also to offer any guidance on the assignments.
I think it is very valuable to do the learning and 'doing' in parelle and belive it would be super difficult to do it without the learning support. It also provides constant pportunity to grow in your role.
I am involved in different employee resource networks, play netball with a team from work and attend lots of socials.
