I work in a busy, fun team, there is often lots going on you can get involved in.
Learning how to conduct yourself in the workplace and how to communicate with one another professionally.
It has been fun to work with other apprentices on projects, but working within your team is great as you build relationship's with them, so you are able to help them and they can help you back when you need it.
There is plenty of work/ revision to keep you busy with exams, completing the certificate and diploma is good too as you get a industry recognized qualification all while building on your knowledge.
Lots of support is given from Aon, such as study/ revision days, day before your exam purely for revision, as well as team members offering support when needed.
There is structured sessions/ lessons you can join for the individual modules, tutoring sessions if needed too.
The certificate level gave me lots of foundation knowledge to help towards my diploma and understanding the Insurance market. The diploma modules have given much more in depth knowledge relating to more specific types/ areas of insurance.
Yes, there are sports teams you can join, such as, rugby, football, volleyball, Lloyds hockey and lots of run clubs. There is always an event on somewhere you can attend, there will also be opportunities for you to attend events with colleagues or within Aon.
Yes
A welcoming environment and lots of very knowledgeable people to learn from, and opportunities available to you.
Prepare well for your interview and show your enthusiasm to wanting to learn and progress in your career.
