I engage in meetings, emails, tracking of sites and stock take of units. Also get to go on site shadowing for now and will eventually get my own sites to manage.
Severn Trent provide a very good range of trainings you can go on. I’ve done many courses online and in person including first aid, IOSH, SHEA WATER, driving and much more.
The programme is very good and you get to experience a wide range of tasks
On the job is very well organised and structed but the training is very poor in my opinion.
