  • I engage in meetings, emails, tracking of sites and stock take of units. Also get to go on site shadowing for now and will eventually get my own sites to manage.

  • Severn Trent provide a very good range of trainings you can go on. I’ve done many courses online and in person including first aid, IOSH, SHEA WATER, driving and much more.

  • The programme is very good and you get to experience a wide range of tasks

  • On the job is very well organised and structed but the training is very poor in my opinion.

  • Very high levels when needed from the team and manager

  • Not a good deal. Very poor, unorganised and don’t learn a lot

  • Yes there’s loads to do. I’m part of helping out with open evenings. Also water aid
