Multi Skilled Technician Apprentice Review

in my role i am currently working with the instruments assembly department and in my day to day work I am helping set up the new department. We will be assembling Blood analyzers that identify allergies that are found in human blood. These instruments are sold to hospitals all over the world.

I have learnt many new skills since starting my apprenticeship such as welding and planned maintenance skills

I am enjoying the projects and responsibilities that come with the job

it is very well structured due to the fact that i am a multi skilled technician i am moving to different departments to gain different experiences and skills in the different job roles on site

i receive a lot of support and understanding from my employer due to being able to have time off on short notice with family issues

i receive a lot of support form my employer by giving me time to attend my classes and work on college work in any downtime that i have

i feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role by giving me a better understanding of engineering systems
