  • Pretty good support although the quality of lecturer varies from module to module.

  • It's useful having more background knowledge to help with my role - but I could perform my role completely fine without it.

  • Yes, some, although I work remotely so it's difficult to establish meaningful connections with colleagues

  • Really friendly people who work there and the policies are oriented to give a good work life balance and support individuals with their personal needs outside of work (health, family, etc).


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSPCA?
  • Everyone is focused on the common goal of improving animals' lives, so work here if that's important to you too.
