I support other managers and run shifts as well as managing goals and labour figures whilst doing so.
Yes, during my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot of new skills and I am developing more constantly.
I really enjoy my program, sometimes it’s hard at work to get all of my off the job hours done due to not having enough staff but we are managing that a lot better now.
It’s good! I really enjoy doing the learning plan!
Good support, it could be better at times I feel like sometimes they lack the knowledge surrounding the apprenticeship so it’s hard to get help but they do sit and help me find the answers and support me in that sense
So much! [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is absolutely amazing when it comes to helping me not only in learning but she helps with my confidence as well! She is an amazing teacher!
So much better, since starting I feel like I have a better understanding of the business and what I am working towards whilst out on the shop floor.
No however we are a very social team and we do get involved in a lot of charity events.
Yes
It’s a great environment to work in with something new everyday. Flexible hours and good pay with plenty of opportunities.
It’s a great place to work, don’t be nervous just smile and be yourself! It may seem daunting at first but you’ll get there and there is a supportive team right behind you.
