As an Area Coordinator I am supporting my team on a day-to-day basis ensuring they are able to complete their daily task of building cartridges. This includes dealing with questions and providing them with the information required to achieve their job role.
Communication skills and building relationships are skilled i have developed significantly since being in this current role. As well as problem solving being developed further as we are constantly resolving issues.
It's been a challenge with tutors coming and going but the course curiculum is very detailed and is enjoyable.
Apart from the rotation of tutors its been structured not as orghanised as i'd like however
As much as i require and assisted when my tutor situation was becoming an issue.
With my most recent tutor a significant amount. Overall over the course of my apprenticeship i feel it could have been better.
It highlights the areas in which i need to improve and i can see this through my job role.
There are team building events and social events in which peopole are able to take part in.

They promote critical thinking and you don't have to fear being incorrect as this is part of the key values at Siemens Healthineers.
Get in early, be bold, own what you are saying and display what you can offer Siemens Healthineers.
