I assist client in finding the best commercial options in any market they want to have their business in. I also help with consultancy reports for Commercial landlords looking for more information on a particular market.
I have been able to develop my communication skills, attention to detail, time management, rapport building and learned how to close deals in a commercial property environment.
I enjoy the programme a lot as I have a team that has been flexible with what I am interested in and have allowed me to grow more within the role I have currently.
The course and my job is very well structured from the way the term time is split to allow us to study time as well as being able to take on the day job without becoming overwhelmed.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. Although I am a very self reliant individual. But I feel the fact the resources are still there is a nice addition and doesn't completely make me feel like I am on my own.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. From recorded webinars to being able to email our module leaders if we get stuck. Although I am a very self reliant individual it is a nice to know am on my own.
It helps a lot as I have to do a lot of writing and by doing the assignments the way I speak has improved. The same with email writing. Also the learning in general has increased my commercial awareness which is another added bonus.
I actively partake in many networking events within the business and I am involved in the apprentice committee. There is so much on offer in the business outside of your day to day.
