i prep and paint repaired/new panels on or for vehicles
i have learnt many new skills that i could not do before, which ranges from prep work and paint work.
i enjoy the programme a lot, and all the skills and opportunities i receive from it
it is well structured with modules for every month set out. including common reviews and visits from my assessor
I do receive a lot of support and there is always additional support and people to reach out to within the company if/when needed.
i receive a good amount of support and always there when i need help or support.
i feel like it keeps me well aware of all the necessary skills and knowledge needed to reach my qualification and to further my progress in this career.
Yes, with the apprentice academy there are many activities such as days out, training days, competitions and more for us apprentices to get involved in to both expand our learning and confidence as well as meeting new people.

the programme is well supported and structured as well as keeping it enjoyable and given opportunities to better your learning and progress further.
Do not let anything hold you back, if this is something you want to do then you have to jump into the deep end and get stuck it, throw everything you have at it and it will be worth it
