I manage a team daily and run an 8 hour shift
I have learnt management skills such as completing a schedule and stock management and ordering
I enjoy how much my programme has boosted my learning and grown my confidence
It is mainly well organised however communication could be clearer at times in regards to meetings and reviews
I receive a fair amount of support from my employer
I receive plenty of support
I can apply the knowledge I have learnt about business management within my role to better manage my shifts
Yes there are lots of charity events and a few team building events each year
