My role is to learn different skills on a daily basis all to do with decorating and this involves help clean up , how to use certain tools and what they do. I also learn very good life skills on the job
I have developed my skills of cutting in and painting and rolling walls and leaner how to fill walls using filler to tidy up a crack or defect in a wall
I very much enjoy the program as I learn every day and the people I work with are very helpful in letting me do that
My programme is very well structured as I am told at the end of every week where my next job is on the next week of work.
I receive very well acquainted support as I am provided PPE free of charge and taken to work every day by being picked up from my house and dropped back at the end of every day
I receive a good amount of support at college as my tutor/training provider throughly explains each skill he is learning us and provides us theory and practical training every week to work towards our qualifications
I feel very confident in my training provider as he learns us good skills to maybe do something quicker and save time or do a certain job very efficiently and efficiently to satisfy customers
We have a health and safety day once each year. There are no other activities that I know of at this moment in time.
Yes
They are very good at learning your from scratch and provide a your PPE and rides to work and back for free. Their workforce are also friendly and good to communicate with
