creating meetings, booking meeting rooms, dealing with admin requests, creating presentation packs, updating action trackers, attending meetings as a note taker
yes, lots of new skills in many different departments and areas
I absolutely love the role and the business
It can be a bit different as I am in a different business unit to the rest of my peers therefore some of the presented opportunities I can not attend/be part of.
As much support as I need, I can ask anyone a question and speak to anyone
Replies can be generally slow but support from my Early Careers skills coach are always answered. I do worry about the overlapping timescales between assignments
It has given me an oversight of the daily expectations from my role
Not directly I don't think?
Yes
Because it feels inclusive, everyone wants the best outcomes for everyone and all work together as a big team
Do your research, prepare your answers and have a good STAR constructed response
