On a day-to-day basis, I work on different clients, updating workpapers, rolling over workpapers, doing the testing of balance sheet and p'n'l areas. I also interact with colleagues over Microsoft teams and use software such as Caseware & Microsoft Sharepoint.
I have learnt new skills such as analysing financial reports, looking through financial statements and performing the call & cast. I have also developed new skills such as working on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft teams & Microsoft Word.
I enjoy my programme as it allows me to learn new skills such as going through financial statements, looking through different accounts. Analysing debits & credits and learning how to go through balance sheet areas and profit and loss areas of the client's financial statements.
It is fairly organised as the internal Early talent team in charge of recruitment & training work together with the training provider to provide us with a structured programme that we can use to follow our training plan that is set out for us.
I receive quite a lot of support from my employer as when I failed an exam, I was required to re-take it and this involved me sitting down with my training partner to decide how to go ahead with the programme.
Considering daily tasks, I would say that I receive a huge amount of support when working towards my qualification.
On a scale of 1-10 I believe that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role. This is because the responsibilities that I have been given are applicable to my qualification.
There are many extra-curricular activities that are applicable to me in this organisation. This involves sports events such as Sport's week and a summer ball.

It is a good place to work as it provides different opportunities to grow in your career and they support you along the way.
