I have been given the chance to learn new skills and also enhance my existing skills. These have been developed through activities or by being involved in new experiences. Some of the skills I have developed are my IT skills and my communication.
I really enjoy the programme I am currently on. The formatting of the programme allows you to balance your work and learning really easily.
The structure of my programme allows apprentices to be successful in both their work and learning environments.
I receive lots of support from my employer. Each individual in the organisation is willing to help and provide as much guidance as possible.
We receive lots of support from our training providers. On our college days, the lessons are always well structured and informative. When assignments are set a clear brief is always given which allows us to understand what content is required and when the assignment is due for.
Yes
As an organisation they provide lots of support and guidance. This is perfect for any apprentices as there is always someone willing to help when you need it.
My advice would be to connect with as many people as possible. It is really important to build a strong network of people, who can provide help and support when it is needed.
