I have learned new skills, such as problem soliving and I developed my communication skills.
I am enjoying my programme to the fullest. I have had the opportunity to develop new skills and apply them in a real work environment, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I am excited to continue growing and learning.
My programme is really well organised; each month I have a learning componet to complete which helps me to keep my learning on track as well.
I feel that I receive a good amount of support from my employer. My mentor is always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. I’ve had regular check-ins to discuss my progress and areas for improvement, which has been really helpful.
