Attending team meetings, carrying out testing and documenting evidence, sending emails to team and client.
My communication skills have greatly improved through giving my progress in team meetings as well as discussing queries with the client. My excel skills have also greatly improved through observing my seniors and asking questions.
Can be stressful at times with long working hours. However with the correct mindset and attitude it is very enjoyable. The people make EY what it is and without them it would not be as enjoyable
Exams are quite spread out across the whole program becoming gradually harder which is beneficial. However depending on the client you are on it has for me been very busy at work when I am required to revise which I have found difficult.
I have a counsellor as well as an apprenticeship coach who give me the level of support required. Additionally my seniors as well as managers are very supportive of my career and career progression.
We are given material for our courses in advance to allow us to pre read which is very beneficial.
Some exams are heavily linked to my role however some have very little impact on the quality of my work.
I play football for EY which is very enjoyable and social. There are a multitude of networks you can join.
