  • I am currently in a planning placement, I have an overview of all of the plans and update them regularly based on new information by Project management and supply chain leads. I also change the baselines if neccessary

  • Yes I have hit the majority of my KSB's while being in my first placement. My confidence has also grown huge amounts

  • To a high extent

  • With my scheme being new, there are many things that arent clear but the EC team are working hard to refine these.

  • A very high amount

  • A very high amount- Revision sesisons to be completed also

  • It helps me understand the role of business management and the different types of business management. This also helps me get my PMQ qualification aswell

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I often go to social activities with the apprentices as well as the team I work with. There are many sports teams that you can join but these are not something I am interested in

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very inclusive work place, the training is to a high level and the people are nice


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Ensure to work on your organisation and prioritisation skills before joining to ensure that you understand the concept before your workload becomes too much. Work on presentation skills and public speaking. Your confidence will be built while working here.
