I’m an apprentice painter and decorator. This involves me learning the tricks of the trade out on site and also at college.
Yes. I have learnt the process of painting many different things such as rooms to lampposts on train stations and the exterior of buildings.
I really enjoy my programme
The structure and organisation of my programme is very good. I was accepted into my apprenticeship a bit later then others however Bagnalls helped me to catch up with everything with college and have always asked if I need anything extra to help with my job.
I receive an enormous amount of help from my employer. They help me by supplying the tools for the job and also a vast range of training courses to widen my learning about the trade and allow me to get multiple new qualifications.
I receive a lot of support from my college. They are always asking if there’s anything I need help on or want to learn about.
It helps me find out new ways to perform certain tasks.
Yeah there’s a Christmas party each year.
Yes
I have a lot of fun working for Bagnalls and I enjoy going to work everyday.
It’s a great company to work for. Straight forward application process and we’re very quick with replying to any questions I had about the job.
