  • we receive alot of support from our training providor as we have coaching sessions and get a refresh of the different topics we are learning and we get trained also while were the job.

  • i think it provides us with alot of support as we need to learn all of the things that customers might have problems so then we can help the customers solve them.

  • really supportive group of people and amazing trainers and managers like a big family and anyone will help if u need it

  • listen to your manager and trainer, be confident and take in what there telling you and USE ALBERT its a life saver
