i help customers with tech issues they may be experiencing, such as helping them set up equipment, help solve issues with their equipment, and others.
talking to people is the biggest skill i have developed, as before that i was introverted and not that good at speaking to people
i enjoy helping people fix their issues, and it feels rewarding
my guides always help me with any issues i may be having, and are always available for me to contact them
i receive a lot of support from my employer, and they are always available for me to contact
we get consistent time to work on our apprenticeship work, and good support throughout that time
my qualification applies to almost every single part of my job, so it helps me perform considerably
