Learning new skills to help with the new job I had.
Lots of management tools and skills
Stressful but good to be doing different other than the day to day job. Coach made everything interesting.
Organised in month but it should be organised by task.
No hours given to complete from Whitbread to do your apprenticeship so the balance of doing your work whilst your on shift can be a struggle. My manager was great as she has had to do this too. 10 star for the manager 0 star for Whitbread.
Steve was fantastic. Always at the other end of an email or phone. We did our meetings in person which was so much better for my way of learning.
It is helpful.
