  • Stressful but good to be doing different other than the day to day job. Coach made everything interesting.

  • Organised in month but it should be organised by task.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • No hours given to complete from Whitbread to do your apprenticeship so the balance of doing your work whilst your on shift can be a struggle. My manager was great as she has had to do this too. 10 star for the manager 0 star for Whitbread.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Steve was fantastic. Always at the other end of an email or phone. We did our meetings in person which was so much better for my way of learning.
