At the moment this involves going to Furness college to learn about engineering. This involves learning about working to tolerances and learning new skills to help me with my time in the business. It also involves learning about BAE’s policies and behaviours they expect from us
Yes I have learned and developed new skills such as collaboration and communication as I used to be pretty shy and not very talkative but since starting here my confidence has increased massively to the point where I will now voice my opinions
I am enjoying doing hits program however when it comes to certain things there is not a lot of communication
I feel that the programme can sometimes not be very structured. This comes down to the communication side of things and sometimes you only find things out the day before you have to do it
We do receive support if it is needed
We receive plenty of support when it comes to support from our training provider
I don’t think I can answer this one just yet
There is some stuff such as STEM or charity just to name a couple
Yes
I think by getting a job here you have a job for life and it has good incentives/ benefit schemes such as the pay or the ability to buy shares
My advice would be to research the company such as its behaviours and how you can apply them to you as when it came to the interview questions this is what they aimed mostly at.
