We change departments every 6 months, so roles will vary within each team. However Monday to Thursday I will be completing work and tasks that have been set for me and Friday is my study day.
I have developed existing skills and I am learning new skills every day.
I am really enjoying my program and especially that it is rotational. So I am able to gain experience in all different areas of the business.

I receive the right amount of support.
If I have needed any help with my university work my manager has been happy to help me.
It does help me as it allows me to put my theory into practice.
