  • L2 IT support, taking ownership of tickets raised by users and supporting them to resolve their issues General ad hoc IT related duties Attending team calls/with client Looking at ways to streamline and improve processes

  • Yes, learning a lot about UI Path automation, SQL, some Python, and generally just troubleshooting applications/computer systems

  • I enjoy it a lot, it is hard in terms of workload from Uni at times, but its worth it for the career progression

  • It is just a lot to fit into 1 day a week in terms of lectures, then a lot of coursework out with the dedicated day for Uni

  • A lot, they are always re iterating that if I am struggling, to reach out. I cannot fault Capgemini for that at all

  • Plenty of course content, lecture notes etc

  • A lot of it is starting to tie into my day to day role which is really useful

  • Yes, lots of different committees you can become a part of and regular activities to partake in!

  • Capgemini are very people orientated, they treat all employees with respect and understanding . They also provide lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the company

  • Take the time to understand the company and their values. Be yourself
