  • I enjoy the programme.

  • It is very well organised, it could be better as in the equipment supplied is sometimes not enough for us to carry out the work when we are competent.

  • I receive lots of support from my manager and mentor, aswell as from my tutor at the academy.

  • I receive lots of support from everyone.

  • The qualification allows me to on paper perform the role but I feel as if the training gives us more information to exceed standards which is good.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is an excellent career, management is very well organised and care about there team. The training is outstanding coming from other big company's myself (SGN).


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Gas?
  • Take in everything that they teach you, you will gain experience and learn things even if you think you know it all.
