I install new boilers in customers homes.
I have learnt how boilers and systems work.
I enjoy the programme.
It is very well organised, it could be better as in the equipment supplied is sometimes not enough for us to carry out the work when we are competent.
I receive lots of support from my manager and mentor, aswell as from my tutor at the academy.
I receive lots of support from everyone.
The qualification allows me to on paper perform the role but I feel as if the training gives us more information to exceed standards which is good.
There is not extra curricular activities.
Yes
It is an excellent career, management is very well organised and care about there team. The training is outstanding coming from other big company's myself (SGN).
Take in everything that they teach you, you will gain experience and learn things even if you think you know it all.
