  • My role consists of learning and developing essential gas knowledge in order to go out and serve customer needs in their homes.

  • I have learnt many new skills and methods of working during my time with British Gas.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company so far. The quality of training is good and they offer everything you would want as an employee.

  • The organisation is for the most part Good. However, sometimes it feels as though senior management does not liaise as efficiently as they could with field services.

  • I feel equipped with the necessary tools to aid and support my learning path.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The teachers at the academy support everyone's individual needs and are well suited for the role. They hold the skills necessary as they are all ex-engineers.

  • The qualification we receive at the end of the course covers the entirety of what we need to carry out our role.

  • No, but sports has been offered during summer months.

  • Yes

  • The company has been nothing but great to me. From the standards of teaching to the skills I've developed I genuinely feel as though they have been a great employer.

  • Do not stress about the hiring process and joining people you've never met before.
