    • I am a service and repair apprentice. This means I spend time at the academy learning the theory and practical, then I go out on patch with a mentor and put this learning into practice in real life situations

    • I have learnt many new skills to do with gas engineering and how to service and repair boilers and other appliances, I still have a lot more knowledge to gain and learn throughout the course

    • I really enjoy my programme and learning about gas, and feel like I have a good support system around me
