  • I' AM team leader of a table table restaurant my duties managing the team, putting through orders, dealing with complaints, making sure opening and closing resturants to a brand standard.

  • Yes, management's skills, and how to lead my team and resturant efficiently, laws and regulations, marketing.

  • I enjoy the programme due to the knowledge and skills i have achieved with support and guidance from the Maddy

  • Very organised and structured, due to the UI being easily understandable, knowing what to expect and what is coming up.

  • I recieve an extensive support from my training provider which has helped me to achieve and acknowledge my own strengths.

  • Could be more people orientated and ergonomic for smoother and efficient managing of restaurants.

  • Ask lots questions in interviews and be confident and efficient.
