My role is split into two sections: - Commercial: Bringing new products to market & managing budget - Campaign: Working with our agencies to create our Christmas campaign As I work in a seasonal role I am able to get lots of variety across my role so from month to month.
I have learnt many skills from my roll: - Prioritisation - Leadership - Resilience Some skills I have developed are: - Communication - Presentation - Problem-solving
I massively enjoy the programme - I think this is mainly driven by the incredible culture and people at Mondelez. It may sound false to rate everything at 10 stars but every element of my job so far has been 10/10
Very well organised. Down to my nature I find that I take on a lot at work which can make it difficult to manage Uni at the same time, however, at tough times I have always had support from my team.
The support is incredible - anytime I have asked for help I have received it.
The university provides ample support
I am very early in the uni qualification - so this is difficult to judge
There is a few things - mainly football
Yes
When applying to apprenticeships - I had to sell myself to the company. Mondelez was the only company that sold itself to me. This ethos continues throughout the company
