  • My role is split into two sections: - Commercial: Bringing new products to market & managing budget - Campaign: Working with our agencies to create our Christmas campaign As I work in a seasonal role I am able to get lots of variety across my role so from month to month.

  • I have learnt many skills from my roll: - Prioritisation - Leadership - Resilience Some skills I have developed are: - Communication - Presentation - Problem-solving

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I massively enjoy the programme - I think this is mainly driven by the incredible culture and people at Mondelez. It may sound false to rate everything at 10 stars but every element of my job so far has been 10/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. Down to my nature I find that I take on a lot at work which can make it difficult to manage Uni at the same time, however, at tough times I have always had support from my team.

  • The support is incredible - anytime I have asked for help I have received it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university provides ample support

  • I am very early in the uni qualification - so this is difficult to judge

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a few things - mainly football

  • 9a. Would you recommend Mondelez to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • When applying to apprenticeships - I had to sell myself to the company. Mondelez was the only company that sold itself to me. This ethos continues throughout the company


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • Do research about the history of Mondelez & be passionate!
