    • I have progressed so much since starting my apprenticeship. I have enjoyed it so far and have met so many wonderful professionals in the industry that are always willing to help.

    • The programme is structured very well, with support at every step of the way.

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer whether it be through the emerging talent team or my line manager.

    • I receive a lot of support, and there is a lot of transparency when raising issues.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • My qualification helps me perform better as I feel I am gaining knowledge that can be used on site in my job

    • I am involved in the womens and EDaM networking events. There are also social events that take place within the emerging talent team as well as internal project teams.
