  • I enjoy as it's taught me lots of things that the company didn't or has gone into more detail

  • I get support when I ask for it. My employer has made an apprenticeship group where we can ask questions and other members doing apprentiships can help you

  • My trainer has helped me when I asked for it. And they check in when they see I'm behind

  • It's helped me by giving me a better understanding to the types of customers I could have. And how to deal with difficult situations

  • It's very understaffed. We're just told to deal with it as that's the amount of hours we are given and can't get an extra person

  • Be prepared to be overworked
