  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have definitely developed all my existing basic skills such as communications, organisation, leadership as you are required to step up to your role within the project and what is expected out of you however it isn't overwhelming as they take into account where you are and challenge you appropriately. In terms of new skills designing on software that the projects use is a skill that you learn as you carry on working on the project

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's definitely more stressful than normal school as there's a lot more you have to keep track of and much more responsibility than normal university however I don't dislike the challenge as I know it will become a very useful skill in the future.I enjoy moments when I complete something difficult or I'm finally on track as it shows I've grown.
