currently i work on the london plan and looking over policies that can be amended and updated.
i have learnt many new skills. throughout my apprenticeship i was able to learn about many different areas, from modelling to rail to network performance and project management. throughout it all, i was able to learn new skills and develop them
i enjoy my work alot, i get to be apart of big pieces of work and also develop my skills in many areas
TfL is very organised, i knew what i needed to do and when it had to be done by
All of teh support comes from TfL, they have made sure i am doing well and achieved the standard needed
they taught me what i had to know, however the support from my employer was better and actually helped me gain the qualification
it gave me the basic knowledge needed for roles, however my employer at TfL helped me prepare for roles and develop throughout.
All the time, there are constant activities that are being promoted.
Yes
TfL is a inclusive and diverse place to work. you are constantly developing and learning something new. i am never bored at work, as i am always working on something exciting. i have already recommended many people.
