My role is construction project management. I work on numerous projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.
Throughout my apprenticeship so far I have gained technical knowledge relevant to the indusrty I work in as well as gaining and improving soft skills.
I enjoy the programme a lot. My work day is never the same and always involves new tasks and challenges.
It took a while for me to adjust to my programme structure to find the best balance for me. However I am now 7 months in and feel it is now well organised.
I receive a lot of support from my employers at numerous levels of seniority.
I receive support from my designated apprenticeship tutor provided by the university as well as support from my module leads when needed
The content I learn through my University degree is helpful towards my job
