On a day-to-day basis I originally started operationally, learning the systems and what we do at KN. In the second half of my apprenticeship I have started sales, learning my own sales techniques to bring on new business.
I have grown in confidence astronomically. The need to speak infront of people has pushed me out of my comfort zone, and taught me new things and a new industry I would have never thought of previously.
In my opinion, this is the best decision I have made. Leaving school, I have seen a massive difference, and I enjoy the apprenticeship a lot.
The course is organized very well, I have monthly meetings and assignments set up by my tutor which helps me to complete my end project.
My employer helps me massively they aid my knowledge around the business and industry and continue to ensure I have time to do apprenticeship work.
My training provider helps me a lot. They are always on hand and accessible by email or teams should I need anything.
I don't believe the qualification helps me perform much better in my role. Most of the training in my role is given by the employer, and the training by the provider is to help me pass the course.
There a lots of social events to get involved in such as regional sales competitions, apprenticeship workshops, parties and the like.
