in my role we serve technicians at the back counter for any parts that they require. This also includes anyone outside of the business that comes in for any parts, i source them and get them delivered on a time schedule that suits the customer. i also pick parts for customers from other businesses for them to be delivered by our drivers.
i have learnt all of the basics in my job role. Everyday using RMI to find parts also means i learn where a part is everyday. but apart from that i haven’t really learnt anything else.
i enjoy it alot but i would prefer to learn alot more. it is all very interesting but i do not feel as involved as some others are.
I think it could do with some more training improvements, but as a whole everything is still in line and i am still learning in some ways in Motus
i receive help when i ask questions, but it is not all the time it is met. i get time alone to do coursework which really helps and i can get support whenever i can by anyone with what work i am having to submit. as a whole the support is okay.
i receive the most support i can possibly have, having a quiet room, having help whenever i need it. ultimately i can take as long as i need to complete my work to a high standard.
it helps me perform better because i know what most of the truck parts that i give out do. doing coursework pushes me to learn more and pushes me to ask questions not only at the DAF academy but at work too.
at this moment i am not entirely sure.
Yes
they provide the support you need for the qualifications you want to achieve no matter the circumstances.
be prepared for things to take a while before you start learning more
