My role as a service advisor day to day is to use my role to assist customers, make job cards, book in vehicles and take payments.
I have learnt how to assist and formally greet customers. I have learnt how to use time management skills, how to use IT packages and how to properly email customers ect...
i thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship at motus. I think it is giving me a really good experience . I also think i am really benefiting by learning on the job with my colleagues to support around me. I would strongly suggest a apprenticeship to young people.
My program is very well organised. I have a monthly zoom call with a trainer from skillnet to discuss my progress.I also complete course work and hand it in on these meetings.
i receive support from my employer when needed.
i revive support from my training provider at skillnet on our monthly zoom calls.
This skills of a business admin can apply to my job, for example time management.
