As an Applications Consultant at Capgemini, within the ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) practice in the UK. This involves: Team Coordination- working with platform, development and engineering teams to manage service and support the service of my current account SMARTY mobile - owned by Three uk in doing so I am researching the biggest issues for customers and planning solutions as well as gathering data for a release or fix. Reporting: I am also responsible for monitoring weekly and monthly reports to ensure service is being delivered within best practice and feeding this back to the client. Problem Solving: I am in charge of solving day to day issues with the account and delivering feedback to the client on these issues. E.G. dashboard misalignments/ payment processing issues.
Rails, Advanced Microsoft office, excel, communication/ presenting deliverables from courses.
I mostly enjoy my programme i prefer my work/ on the job far more than university work.
From an employer pov it is very structured with good time keeping. From a university pov it is sporadic and chaotic yet still mostly works.
