Network maintance, and fixing faults. Working on Fibre or HFC
Lots of new skills, previously never worked on the copper network so all those skills and ways of working are new to me. Lots of fibre skills learnt and the theory behind fibre optics and light
I enjoy my job, my training and the company i work for. I feel well compensated and looked after.
Structered pay increases and the learning is taught in modules in a specific order
Unfortunately there is a disconnect between our qualification and our job role
Lots of networking activities and get togethers, bbq's and summer parties and always a Christmas do. I have for 2 years been on a charity bike ride in all parts of europe

Take your time for your application, it may take a while but its so worth it. VMO2 don't use CV's so your application is how we see you for you
