My role as a CRS apprentice is a relationships manager on a project. This involves speaking to each charity every week, supporting them with any issues and organising events for them to connect.
So many!! I now know how to manage relationships, data and projects. I also have learnt so many skills around writing professionally, working across many teams and also developing public speaking skills.
I love it. The training from the provider is excellent, they are incredibly supportive and work closely with you to ensure you have the best experience you can. I am also very lucky to have such a dynamic job which I love.
Fairly well structured, I had 3 learning coaches which made the start a bit trickier but that was just unfortunate really. Since then I have 0 complaints for the training provider, and I'd say it is balanced well with my job. I think the job could be better adapted to suit the modules covered in the course but that's being picky.
So much, I can't speak highly enough of my manager. He has made the whole experience so much easier for me and has provided me unwavering support.
So much, my training provider has put in regular EPA catch ups, as well as preparing us well in advance for what to expect.
I feel like it helps in some aspects, obviously your company won't always use the same methods that the apprenticeship suggests but there a lot of key skills which come in very useful.
Lots of volunteering, a few social events.
Yes
It won't be for everyone, but anyone who loves a fast paced environment and is hard working, I would 100% recommend.
Make sure to research the company for the exact role you want to do, and make sure you learn the leadership principles and see which ones you demonstrate (these are a big deal in Amazon!).
