My role involves creating communications and engagement plans for projects within the Public Health portfolio, including stakeholder engagement, video creation, social media, graphic design or campaign management.
Market segmentation, the importance of target demographics, customer journey consideration, project management tools, corporate identity and responsibility.
I have really enjoyed the programme, and it has been a great blend of theory learning and practical learning, which has contributed to the overall development in my career.
The provider and employer worked together to facilitate the learning and work plan for the programme, ensuring there were relevant tasks that would allow me to complete the apprenticeship.
