My role consists of a mixture of theory and practical work as well as a year of on the job training.
Yes i have developed many skills i did not have as well as expanding on skills that i have already got.
I enjoy the programme quite alot.
The programme is mostly well organised and structured, however there has been instances where this has fallen below expections.
A good amount of support is provided from my employer.
My employer provides as much support as possible to pass the qualification.
It provides training that will help me in the actual role and provides experiences that will be the same.
