Admin work, communicating with various stakeholders, handling complex projects with amazing support - never the same boring thing.
Microsoft Office, various software, confidence, meeting leadership
I love it - honestly the best opportunity compared to uni - my friends just constantly complain about their traditional route.

Yes
They treat you like you should be treated and there's no micro-managing. You are in control of your own work and you can fulfil your potential.
Apply only if you're genuinely interested in the business world particularly the payments industry - if you think the way payments work, etc is boring - you won't like it. Me personally, I didn't know anything until I was actually in the job and I've been fascinated ever since.
