I analyse any risks or issues that are raised by our Client, identifying any key dates that need to be updated. I also use this data to create reports and tables etc. I also perform admin tasks such as updating our client SharePoint.
I have developed my data analysis skills the most as well as developing my knowledge on Microsoft Excel and how to use it effectively to present data.
I really enjoy my programme so far and appreciate the support that I constantly receive from my colleagues, peers, as well as tutors at University. The material that I am learning helps me to develop within my role.
Extremely well structured, I attend a Study School at University every 2 months for an average of 4 days which is organised by Capgemini. I am also given 6 hours per week during working hours to complete any outstanding coursework, my manager tries to give me work directly related to my learning material where possible.
I receive consistent ongoing support from Capgemini, my colleague who I work closely with has set up daily meetings every morning to discuss new topics and answer any questions I may have about the work I am doing. I also have regular meetings with my people manager on a monthly basis, though she is available more often if necessary. My managers also attend my University related meetings to gain a better understanding of what I am studying and to support my overall learning.
I receive consistent support from my University towards my qualification, after each assignment is assigned to us. My tutors set up Q&A calls between each study school to provide extra support while we are away from the University. During study school periods we also receive learning based on assignment structures.
As part of my qualification, we are learning modules that directly relate to either my own, personal role, or another area of the company which is great because as well as growing knowledge in my own role, this will also help me to expand my wider career and support any role changes that I may decide in the future.
I am part of the Early & Emerging Talent Committee within my business area, my area of the committee is called the 'Welcoming Team', we have a voluntary role of welcoming new hires into our amazing group and ensuring that they have all the materials and help that they may require. The committee is also made up of many other great areas, including a Career Development team and a Socials team who organise brilliant social events for us to enjoy.

Capgemini is an amazing place to learn and work, I have had the most positive experience so far and every individual that I have met along the way has contributed to Capgemini's company values; Honesty, Boldness, Team Spirit, Modesty, Trust, Freedom and most importantly, Fun! Capgemini is truly a company that acts on their words and that is shown by my wonderful colleagues who I work with every day.
Be Yourself! Capgemini is all about its employees and they wouldn't be here today without them, we are a people company and nothing matters more than who you are as an individual. Show off your personality and a drive to learn and that is all that you will need.
