Learning and Development Hybrid Trainer Review

My role as a learning and development hybrid trainer is to ensure all new hires are given the required induction/ information related to safety around site. Deliver all training as is neccessary to ensure ability to work on a specific process within the building, followed by coaching/mentoring individuals with hints and tips to suceed. Provide support to team leads, managers at all levels of the business. Ensure the compliance for the building is kept up to a high standard and any refreshers due are planned in and delivered on time.

I feel i have learnt many new skills which have helped me grow as an individual.

I am extremely happy with my apprenticeship. It is opening my eyes to new mechanisms in which i can train and develop not only my self but other around me to follow.

The programme is structured well, however their are some flaws to improve on.. more in person sessions, less information overload and more simplified word.

I feel I do work very independantly and know who and where I can go to for support.

I have received a great deal of support from the training provider/coach throughout my apprenticeship.

I feel it is giving me more of a broader approach to take when delivering day to day activities. Also has puhed me to learn and understand new ways of working.

Yes and no - Charity events, however not social activities or sports teams.

Yes

It has given a great amount of growth since working for Amazon along with providing me with new qualifications.

Its always day 1 and nothing is ever as simple as it may seem. Always take on new challenges or push for new paths to go down.
