I am enjoying the programme, it is hard work but I am pleased with my progress and the way the learning has been supported.

I have the ability to take the time I need to dedicate myself to the programme. We are also well supported by the internal apprenticeship team

Lots if online support as well as regular checkins

It will help me create high performing teams and therefore my overall performance will be better
