  • I really enjoy understanding more about children’s needs and interest and how we can support this.

  • I think it is very well structured as it allows everything to be done in an organised way to ensure that essential things aren’t missed out.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, knowing that if I have any questions or concerns I can speak to them about this.

  • I received loads of support from my training provider when completing my apprenticeship as any questions I had were answered with a great amount of understanding.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am now much more able to know how to care for and support children every day and how to do this to the best of my ability. I now feel that I have a much better understanding of their needs and what I can do to support this.

  • Precious Little Smiles is great as it has all of the resources and a good environment needed to build on children’s learning and make it a safe place. It helps you to feel that you are making a difference to the children’s learning.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Precious Little Smiles Day Nursery?
  • Even if you aren’t sure if childcare is what you want to do, this setting will really help you to have a better understanding of how to care for children correctly.
