i work in properties based around wythenshawe and maintain the properties
i am learning joinery, i have been taught many skills and am very happy. i am very good at communication
i enjoy what i do very much as i am learning new skills and techniques whilst also getting payed
the structure of the programme is ideal for me as i live local and also the programme helps me complete coursework and jobs as i feel pushed to do me more and when i complete the work i feel very confident
i receive a lot of support and benefits from work as there are many managers which will look out for me and look after me
i appreciate training as it shows my company care about me and want me to be safe at work
very well as my qualified trade is joinery and i had no knowledge about joinery just 2 years ago
yes there is a party every summer and every winter

WCHG pay very well and also teach skills which cannot be forgotten and also teach in communication skills
